It delivers what I want so far. Great material without any fancy lighting, heat ventilation seems fine to me until now. My CPU and GPU temperatures are not overheating. Just make sure you tidy you internal cables and choose the optimum cooling system and this case will serve you well.

Personally, I wanted a smaller case than this, and the title saying mini was a bit misleading but the dimensions are posted and so I will not let my own stupidity affect this review. This is the first case I have ever had where there is an emphasis on cable management, it was insanely easy and all the cords built into the case are the exact length required for the longest possible run. I do not own a modular power supply but nobody who opened up my case would know that unless they looked under the back panel to see where all the extra cords are safely plugged away. The only snags I came across were due to a lack of experience on my part or the fact that I installed the video card too early in the build (wait until all the little fiddly connectors are on first) and you'll have a great time. Only wish the extra physical space on the front was populated with more USB 3.0 ports, I have no idea how expensive they are for case manufacturers to add but they seem to be at a premium on most cases and it felt like a little disappointing running the USB 3 connector for ONE port.

I'm not sure why the last reviewer gave 1 star since his cons are all wrong. This case has a perfect cable management setup and also has 5x 120mm fan slots. I mean, you paid 40$ for a case, you get a premium design, sturdy case, plenty of room for air cooling or any AIO water-cooling kit... even your powersupply as his own hidden compartment. I have not doubt in mind that this case is the best gaming case you can get for that price. I bought this case for my kids and didn't want to invest much on it since I already have a gaming PC for my needs. Well let me tell you that my Fractal Define Nano S is not "that much" greater than this case. Of course there is a difference but you can buy 3 Thermaltake case like this for the price of one Fractal case.

I wanted a simple, non-descript case for a new video/photo editing rig build. I don't care about led lighting, side windows or any other "gamer" gimmicks. This case fits the bill. It's a big black box; nothing more, nothing less. It's not the most robust construction, but it's solid enough...especially for something that's just going to sit there. It was fairly easy to assemble, with lots of room inside for cable management. All is not perfect though, I have a few nitpicks:1. The power button LED is BRIGHT. When I put the machine to sleep, this thing blinks and lights up the room. I have to throw a shirt over it to so I can sleep.2. Only one USB 3.0 port on the front. I have a card reader always plugged in and it gets annoying to have to pull it out whenever I use an external drive.3. Only two 3.5" drive spots. I would've liked four, there's certainly room. But for the price, I can more than live with these minor annoyances. Especially since I blew my budget on the innards...

Pros:• NO LIGHTS! No anxiety over any kind of glass!• Good, solid metal case.• Detachable (no screws) plastic face.• Aesthetically pleasing for a semi-plain black mATX.• Affordable.• All edges have been rounded. No injuries!Cons:• Very tight fit with a mATX board.• Would be nice to allow for more than three 2.5” drives.• The 3.5” drive caddy doesn’t come with brackets for 2.5” drives.• The advertised 120mm fan space on the bottom doesn’t actually fit a 120mm fan, as the space is structurally obstructed, and it would go where the drive caddy is already located. The case is nice, quite light, solid, and very affordable. I used to be into casemods, but I wanted something plain and invisible. With the black grille on the front, it’s still nice to look at without being distracting.Verdict:This case has been great! It has its limitations, and I might upgrade it in a few years, but for a plain case that cost about $70, from an established and reputable brand, I’m quite happy with it so far!
