Ok I love fallout series and I have looked forward to this game for a while. However, as you will read everywhere, this game was sold to its fans with nothing else other than its name. The game is almost a clone of fallout 4, but with a lot of bugs and problems because of this. First off lets start off with how the game runs. Its like a clone of fallout 4 in looks and how a lot works in the game. So if you played that you have a good idea how this one runs. HOWEVER, the VATS system isnt a stop and pick , which makes total sense, but that also means you have to pretty much click vats and hit the body all the time, unless you get the perk to assign targets on the body and you are good with the joystick to click it fast. In addition you stay in vats til you run out of energy, which means if you just want to shoot from range then change to a melee weapon, you have to stop and click out of VATS which in itself a pain usually esp if you thought you were out of VATS and wondered why the weapons wont change. Did I mention you pick your perk to do this, well given you can change your perks on the fly (more of a slugs pace really) you have to keep changing your perks based on the need. For example, you will need a lockpicking perk eneabled to pick locks, but that means you cant have other perks like the VATS perk enabled. This problem leads to being attacked while picking a lock, which again isnt a stop time event, nor is eating or taking meds or drinking. So yes in the middle of the fight you have to go through various screens to do all of that. Unless you have them favorited...but again with the wheel of misfortune picking the exact favorite for me isnt easy as my joystick likes to never pick the right one and then slides to teh side when picking. My fav bug though has to be the invisible attacker. This one happens when you attack something from afar usually, and it just stands there and takes damage, then heals itself right after. All the while though this mob comes around and attacks you, but cant be seen. The icon of the mob still is in the same spot but the attacker is hitting you. This is a fun one after you try to snipe and then get beat down by them. Add to the fact when you die you lose all your "junk" and need to get it, and the invisible attacker doesnt go away and kills you over and over...I just gave up a few times. Wasnt worth the time dump. This bug goes along with the mobs moving in jerks so you cant target and not being able to click on things sometimes. All has to do with latency I read, who knows, maybe they just like to watch us die to invisible things ( I did kill them once, I got the kill noise and the exp, but the corpse wasnt visible and the mob was still standing where it all started)Other fun things...This is like survival mode in fallout 4, where everything weighs something, and you cant run while over. Right now I can carry 200 lbs, but I have over 900 on me. I also have perks to reduce weight and more carry more. However since my melee weapon is 13 (thats after the reduced weight perk) and my snipe rife is about 7-10, my armor is about 3-5 per piece except the chest which can be up to 20 itself. Throw in my ammo, my junk I need to repair with, my secondary weapons because your main ones break so easy, my food, my chems. I am so over its sad. I havent been able to fast travel since I started the game, and doubt I will ever unless I just go nude.Another feature of the game is when you walk into a level 10 area and there are level 40 mobs to kill. They are almost impossible to kill at level 10 but they like to do that anyway, hence the feature part.PVP is broken, I would get into it but, no reason to until it gets fixed a little. Its so broken if you try it now, either you are higher level and want to kill newbies, or you are low level and just stupid.Let me wrap this short review by sayin, dont waste your cash on this game. Maybe they can fix it to a workable game, but I am doubting it right now.Oh I forgot, if you get the limited game edition for the helmet and the bag, the bag is a lie, its nylon and so cheap my gf asked me why i would order just a POS bag with anything.I had no replies to her. Just held out the helmet and said I like this.

After reading so many negative reviews I felt I had to write a positive one myself. If someone got a broken helmet I can understand them not liking it and giving a negative review. But mine was in perfect condition. I have a few Star Wars helmets and I have to say that the helmet included here is superior in almost every way. Great attention to detail and the quality is exceptional. The other items in the box are so-so. But, like most people, I really only got this edition for the helmet. So I don't really care much about them. As for the game itself, you can find many reviews about that online. So I don't feel the need to talk much about it here. But I will say that I'm only a couple of days into it. And while I don't think it will ever be as great as Fallout 4, I do think it is pretty cool.
