UPDATE!!I have changed my review to 3 stars because their customer service is amazing. Not only did they refund me my money they also sent my son a different model which is working fine. My son got this for his birthday and the battery has lasted like 10 mins. I will be contacting the seller and will update my review after that.

I bought this for my son because he wanted an automatic. We put all ten bullets in and it keeps getting jammed. We took out one and then it just continuously shoots multiple bullets. The bullets drop from where you are. He lost half his bullets on the group by his feet before he could enjoy shooting stuff. I would not advise to buy for your kiddos.

these lower star reviews are mostly complaining about a little issue like "it doesnt use normal rounds" which well duh its a modified nerf gun its more than likely not gonna shoot the normal rounds and it comes with 100 rounds you dont need more than thatand number 2 the quality complaints well what are you expecting a high quality metal nerf gun? in no world would a kid ever be able to hold a 20 pound gun so its gonna be in a tough like plastic and some reviews have complained of it jamming well you gotta charge the battery and maybe it wont jam ive shot off 20 whole mags worth of this gun and not once did it jam unless the battery has diedand 3 around 2ish reviews say the gun stopped working well have you maybe tried charging the battery? because im highly sure it wasnt chargedand last off only 1 review complains about it but its shooting distance being lied on saying it only shoots 10 feet with the barrel on it shoots a good 25-30 feet with no barrel on it can shoot a solid 35-40 feet it doesnt shoot a weak 10 feet it can shoot pretty far and in what scenario are you trying to snipe someone on the other side of townthis is a good gun and you will get what should be expected and I highly recommend buying it if you want a fully automatic gun that can also be transformed into a UZI by juts simply removing the barrel I have looked through every singular semi realistic looking gun on amazon that shoots nerf bullets and this as a result is the best one for a budget below 40$
