The dialer does not work and it does not stay on. It is sadly being returned and another one ordered. I did not realize this was not a prime order either so I am disappointed that I made a mistake ordering that one.

I had been a fan of refurbished products for years. Then, a few months ago, I had to replace my iPod Classic. The first item immediately began to malfunction in half a dozen different ways. I returned it. The next one malfunctioned just the same and just as fast. I was ready to give up! But I gave it one more try. I don't want to jinx myself but this unit is looking good!!!

I’ve had my iPod for a long time until mine got fried. So I have to go and look on Amazon for another one and I found this one and that’s exactly like my old one so I bought it and I love it so I downloaded a bunch of songs and I take it everywhere.
