This is a really nice journal and a great way to get started on your wellness journey. The book is bound well, lays flat, and has beautiful, smooth, eggshell colored paper that feels nice to write on. The format is so easy to follow and is helpful for someone who is new to this type of guided journaling. It's not filled with overwhelming questions or prompts about feelings - it simply helps you find daily balance in all areas of your life. It includes weekly and monthly reviews so you can see what's changed. If used everyday, it would last for 12 weeks. So in one sense this seems expensive.But I imagine after 3 months, a person would have developed the habit of being able to follow this system without the actual book. I'd prefer if the title of the book wasn't in such large letters and would like it even more if there was no writing on the cover! Still, this is one of the best formats I've seen in this type of journal. Definitely worth a try!

The prompts are enough to spark thought, but not so much it feels overwhelming.I also love the structured layout. Tracking my habits, sleep and energy levels has helped me recognize patterns and make adjustments to improve my routines or even at times recognize that I need to slow down. The weekly and monthly check ins are great for seeing how far I’ve come and setting new goals.The design and quality are beautiful too! The durable cover and smooth pages make it feel like a special space for my thoughts and goals. I highly recommend this journal to anyone looking to create healthy habits and add more mindfulness to their daily life!
