Absolutely LOVE this item!!! I'm telling everyone I can about it. It made the most beautiful waffles and I'm able to feed an army with that griddle! I can pound out 8 grilled cheese sandwiches in 5 minutes! Seriously. So worth the money! It was hard to swallow in the beginning, haha but you won't regret it. And to have a nonstick appliance in my kitchen without the toxins is the icing on the cake. So much peace of mind!

Build quality is great. My only real complaint is the little bubble bump piece that holds the top plate in place. It doesn't really hold well at all and can extremely easily be knocked loose. Cleanup is easy though, so it isn't horrible. The multitude of adjustments and settings allowed this to perform well and make it very easy to use. I liked the heat options being able to choose between one or both plates instead of worrying about it. Great product, and again, no PFAS for the amazingly awesome nonstick ceramic coating.

I had high hopes for this waffle iron, especially at a price point north of $200. For the first three months, using it about once a week, it performed well and felt solidly built. Unfortunately, that changed abruptly when the power button stopped working completely—rendering the unit useless. For a premium product, you’d expect far more durability. While product defects can happen, what’s truly disappointing is the lack of proper customer support. I submitted a warranty claim expecting a straightforward replacement or refund, but weeks later, I’ve received neither—nor even a meaningful response from their support team. We’ve been loyal customers of this brand for years and own several of their kitchen appliances, but this experience has seriously shaken our trust. Poor product reliability is one thing; poor customer service is inexcusable.I hope this review is taken seriously and prompts the brand to improve its post-sale support. Until then, I can’t recommend this product—or the brand—to others.

I love this so much I bought a second. My friends who come to eat say “why do we even need pans anymore?” The clean up is so so so much easier. Get two! One for the veggies (broccoli with cheese, asparagus, potato hash or French fries) and one for the protein portion (veggie sausage links, veggie burgers, veggie dogs, tofu with teriyaki sauce, etc) We love being able to set it, walk away, and come back to a fully cooked meal. Just set up a grain ahead like rice or pasta. INSANE how much this has transformed my meals. I cannot tell you how amazing the panini sandwiches are, either. PRO restaurant level good. We do fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and pesto sauce. Delicious!!! Waffles on the weekends. This thing is outstanding because you can just throw the plates into the dishwasher and they aren’t even much bigger than a large dinner plate. I am sold on the press being the superior cooking appliance.Update: It’s February and my family still uses these griddles everyday. I think the people that lost the stick washed and scrubbed them while still hot. You wait for the grill to cool before cleaning. And don’t use anything abrasive. The paint on my white one is fine. Also never heat it past 350 - I’ve never needed to. Maybe if you cook things at 500 all the time it might add to the wear and tear? Especially if there isn’t a thing cooking on the griddle and it’s just heat going into the plate(?) not sure… ours are perfect!

I've been in search of an indoor grill for awhile now. I've been back and forth between brands and features. The most important to me what the health factor, I don't want to cook on anything leaching chemicals. Secondly I wanted something that had a high temp to reproduce an outdoor grill as much as possible. Third, I wanted something that did more than just grill. I am so happy that I selected this one. The price point is great especially when you think of the fact that you get 3 products in 1. A grill, a waffle maker and a griddle. There so many possibilities. It's a good size, the reversible grill/griddle plates is awesome and space saving, it cleans very easily and very well. The first thing I made was a cheese quesadilla, I didn't add any butter and followed the provided guideline, I was pleasantly surprised by the browning and level of heat inside, cooks thoroughly. I also am of fan of being able to use 1 side, set temps for top or bottom plate separately, you can unlock the top plate hinge so it lays flat regardless of the thickness and there's a sear setting that reaches 500 degrees. Very easy to use, just hoping it lasts for a long time because it's replacing my current griddle and waffle makes I've had for years.
