Second unit, defective. First unit, used! Shipped from Baseus Brand Store.First unit I could tell the adhesive tab over the product box flap was already unsealed, dead giveaway. Ok cool, maybe it's still new. Nope. Device had scratches on it, even the white protective paper that wraps it was bunched at the bottom because someone didn't repackage it properly. Hard no on that. Cool. Maybe it was a mistake. Hit return, sent a new one the next day. Open it up, won't power on. Ok maybe needs power. Plug it into my anker charger, shows 100%, which is rare for a mfg to ship a fully charged battery. Alright show time. Plugged it into my phone, nothing. Tried my mouse, nothing. Tried different usb-a usb-c cables nothing. No ports would power it on unless its to charge it. This 2nd unit is defective, I dunno how this got good reviews maybe another seller but I'll never buy a baseus again, and I'd recommend anyone reading this to heed this as a friendly warning not to waste your time and life in the line returning this heavy brick.

Works well, charges laptop fully while laptop is in use. Holds its charge. Fits nicely in my laptop bag. Looks great. The power bank description above includes several performance related numbers. I tested some of them out and found them to be generally accurate. I charged it from zero to full in 1h30m using a no-name 60W charger I have on my desk. This matches the description. I charged a Pixelbook Go from zero to full (6200mAh battery) which took up 78% of the power bank. This is a bit better than what was described for a MacBook Pro.Probably my favourite part was I was able to fully charge my Pixelbook Go while using it for video calls and document editing from a full powerbank. There was nothing left at the end but this is still pretty impressive. The look, feel and design are really sleek. It comes with a really nice fitting velvet-feel pouch that's great for protecting it while travelling. The form factor is unusual for power banks which tend to be deeper but narrower. This one is slim but wide which makes it much easier to slide into a laptop bag or sleeve. The power bank comes with a USB-C to USB-C cable which is quite helpful. There's no power supply which I really appreciate as I have too many already. The display is interesting. The most useful part is also the largest: how much power is left in the power bank as a percentage. This seems pretty accurate. It will also show time-to-discharge and time-to-fill, voltage and current. Time-to-fill was generally correct. Time-to-discharge wasn't that helpful because it depends entirely on the current power draw on it, for example whether you're using the device you're charging or if it's powered all the way off. But you could still gain some understanding by looking at the power draw that is shown.

Got this for a friend for a Christmas present. I have the big brick-shaped Baseus charger that I use all the time for work that can’t fly on planes. I picked this one for her because it’s TSA approved and packs flat. Those are both huge bonus points. Took me a while to review because she hasn’t used it much, but when she needs it, it’s a lifesaver. Her kid at model UN? Gets him through long sessions. Airports and all the outlets and charging stations are taken or broken? Keep your seat and tank up while watching your movie. International travel and colleagues brought the wrong adapters? This saves the day.Her only complaint is that it’s kind of heavy, but it’s able to fast charge and provide a lot of power. If you need it, it’s great to have.

First of all, the power bank has a solid build with a metal casing that has a cool line texture. The only plastic parts are the screen and the backplate of the power bank which still feel like a premium product. It's so light that it's no different from carrying an extra iPhone around. It works immediately the moment you plug in a device & handles multiple devices quite well.Interestingly enough, this power bank was able to help me temporarily fix my MacBook pro's charging issue. I currently have a 15" Macbook pro (2016 model) which currently has a battery & charging issue. After getting frustrated with the laptop having sudden shutdowns due to the low battery life & inconsistent charge, I decided to use the Baseus power bank to charge the laptop. Not only did it charge the laptop, but it also helped me identify which ports are having charging/ connection issues since the power bank displays the Ampere to show how much current is being drawn out. Turns out 3 out of 4 ports on my Macbook aren't delivering power to the computer... So it technically doubles as a charging tool and a diagnostics tool.As for the rest of the feedback, I summarize it into a list of pros and cons to make the review shorter:Pros)-super lightweight with the right thickness & size to easily fit in a backpack/ computer case pouch-straight-forward design with only 4 ports (2 USB-c & 2 USB-a ports) and a single power button-screen visibility is surprisingly good even under direct sunlight-fast at turning off the screen once all devices are unplugged-can handle multiple devices quite well-it doesn't leave fingerprints for the most part (maybe except for the screen to a certain extent)-it can charge smaller devices for a long time. took almost 1 week to use up the power bank's power when it comes to casually charging 2 smartphones and 1 headphone on the side. (The Macbook drains power like crazy, but the power bank still provides enough power to last the computer for another few hours)Cons)-screen stays on as long as the device is charging something (probably due to the estimated time counter constantly changing or power draw changing)-the rubber feet aren't too grippy-still need to carry cables around to use the power bank-charging the power bank from low power to full charge is kind of slow (~2-3 hours). however, it might differ depending on the cable & charging brick used.Overall, a great product to use outside & at home as a charging station. I would recommend this product to anyone who goes out often and carries multiple different devices that may need charging.
