Functional iPad delivered with minimal case wear/damage. An appliqué was attached to hide the damage on the back case - I removed since I use a protective case & it never shows. Otherwise, the device seems fully functional.Migration instructions would have been helpful (no info provided whatsoever) but I found sufficient information from the internet. I had to reset & erase all contents on the "new" device to get it to the "hello" stage and the battery charge was zeroed out at delivery.Otherwise - all seems good so far.

I was worried about buying refurbished electronics but this has put an end to my worry. Very minimal wear and works great. Looked nearly brand new.
