So we had this Schallen for under a year - it worked well while it worked.about a month or two before the Warranty was up the Air Fryer went wrong.Netagon (the seller) Customer service sent out a replacement - which went wrong almost immediately upon use (I suspect it was a return.The sent out another replacement which went wrong again within a week (again - my suspcion is another returnAfter that they sent ANOTHER replacement - which was faulty out of the box. .. again my suspicion is they sent us a return.After that, they informed us our warranty period was up. and refused to help further.If you have an issue - I suspect you will get returned items until your warranty runs out - at least, that's how it seemed to us.Buyer beware.The Airfryer itself was great while it worked - but look out for uneven heat on both sides (one side was always hotter - despite being set to the same temperature)Look out for the touch screen becoming unresponsiveLook out for it switching itself off mid cookand most disturbingly - on the last one they sent us - look out for it getting so hot (way above set temperature) - that it melts the plastic on the inner rim and causes a small fire on the melted plastic.I even said to them - just do us a partial refund as a measure of goodwill - as you have now sent us in total 4 faulty items (including the first which did last NEARLY a year - they rest were pretty much faulty out of the box)they just ignored us.

It is powerful and easy to use. I particularly like being able to see the food cooking and I found it easy to clean.

I got this product while it was on sale and I love both the qulity and price. It's been a while since I've had it now and it's still a great buy!Pros:-touch screen buttons-simple to use and cooks air fry/oven foods well.-stylish and larger then expected.-easy to clean.Cons:-gets hot on thr front but that is expected of an air fryer. Holding it from the sides should be fine.-pressing the power button 3 times offs the air fryer insted of accepting changes to the time. Press once to edit temp, and 2 to change temp.Great product over all!

Excellent, I live alone but sometimes have friends over for dinner. This is excellent as it’s quick, easy to use, cheaper to use and faster. It makes me want to cook for myself as it’s so easy and fun to use. Highly recommend this product. It’s a great price too!

I am comparing this to my previous one which was more ecpensive and better quality. This one, at least for me, has some issues. I think its more lightweight which is ok for lifting the lid but the metal lid holder isn't great. Best to practice before you use the oven. My lid did not slot into it that easily and this was remedied by carefully pulling the sides to make it a bit wider. The other issue is that the oven moves very easily. My last one had rubber feet on the base and this one does not. It's just bare plastic. When it is just the base this one moves easily with a gentle push and my old one does not. It's slightly more staionary when the lid and dish are on top but it still will move I think, if you catch the wire or push it bot harder. I will have to find some little rubber feet or something for it. A similar issue with the lid holder. I think some flexible heat resistant silicone might possibly be able to be used to wrap around parts of the frame where it touches the counter top or even make a stand for the stand. As it is, when trying to put the lid onto it, even with the gap widened, it just skates around. So until I have that movement sorted will need a tea towel or something in my other hand to steady things while placing the lid in it. It seened to cook alright though. The halogen light stayed on throughout the process.Edited to add that unfortunately this did not work properly and only did a luke warm heat even though it was set at 200, the second timr of using. Also a piece of the lid interior fell out and landed in the food.

I wanted an air fryer for everyday quick meals as the one I have is very big/bulky multi cooker. This is quick, looks cute and can stay on the counter as it does not take up much room and enough for the family. it is very easy to clean

I decided to jump on the band wagon and order an air fryer as everyone is raving about them. Since I was a novice I didn't want to spend a fortune and decided on this Schallen Dual Basket Air Fryer. I am so glad I did,the fryer looks great in my kitchen. The drawers are 4.5l capacity and come with crisper racks which also make it easier for cleaning and both have a non-stick coating. The racks are easily removed for cleaning. The drawers have a see through window to view food whilst cooking, you just have to switch the light button on to view. There are various preset programs which have been a great help to me but also the instruction booklet is very informative with regards to cooking certain foods and for temperature and timings. Different foods being cooked in different drawers, at different temperatures, at the same time can be set to finish at the same time by using the smart finish button. The digital display is very easy to use. Although the drawers and trays are dishwasher safe I found that it is easier to wash them after each use with washing up liquid and a sponge.I have now used the Air Fryer on numerous occasions and on some occasions I didn't get the timings right but simply added more time until produce was cooked to perfection. This is all part of me learning how to get the hang of Air Frying. I am impressed with the results of my cooking so far.I would definitely recommend this Air Fryer, it is easy to use and great value for money.

My cooker broke several years back and I bought one of these ovens as temporary emergency action. Turns out I never used my main oven again. I love these little guys, instant heat up so cheaper on your energy bill yet large enough I can cook an entire Sunday dinner. Slightly faster than a conventional oven too. Only reason I’ve awarded 4 stars not 5 is relating to the lift off lid situation….. I much prefer the hinged lid model (much dearer) as the lift off lid doesn’t seem quite as snug and can create a low vibration type sound. Nothing major once you’re used to it though. Just find it less fiddly with the hinge top as no need to find a safe heat proof area to rest it when sorting oven contents
