A pricy christmas gift for my 14 year old. He loves his tech - here is a review from his perspective."Hello this is Safi typing on Google docs through my new iPad. The experience is not nice for me because of the width of the iPad. It is a bit too big for me. When I saw the size was 10.9 inches, I didn't think it would hurt my hands using it, other than that this is a really great device.The speakers sound really great and really loud with plenty of bass, a lot louder than my old IPad Mini 2.This iPad is running IOS 16 which I have to say is very different but very nice once you get used to the Operating System. It's really lovely and feels advanced to use.One thing that I am disappointed in is battery life. On my old IPad I felt that battery life was longer. Okay I do now that Apple promised 10 hours of battery which is true but I will say for someone who just uses literally their iPad all day would like something with more battery life.By the way, just to mention I am writing this review on this device.The A14 processor here is very powerful. Everything I have tried hasn’t been enough to kill the chip meaning that nothing really crashes. Games like Asphalt 8 work really well here. One more great or not so good thing is the screen. The screen gets reasonably bright but for some reason is very reflective. Because of this it won’t be nice to use outdoors as your travel device, but for indoor use this is really functional.Okay time for the moment of truth- can this IPad replace your PC?I would say yes and no.If you are doing basic tasks like web browsing and document writing but if you are an editor or a creator of any kind you may want a PC with a physical keyboard. I mean that shouldn’t be the reason because you could always buy the Smart Keyboard Folio from Apple for £279.99.The main reason is just that on an iPad you don’t have access to some browser extensions and software like full photoshop and also just how yoUnuse the app on an IPad and PC.Would I recommend this IPad?Yes I would. If you are looking for a tablet that can do 90% of daily uses then I would but if you need access to lots of add on and accessory software then no or for video editing because it’s just sometimes nicer to use a PC. Good apple iPad, cheaper than retail price and works like it should. The iPad arrived very soon from purchase and months on still works well. Since it was new it has no scratches and works fast as expected. I recommend buying this iPad from Amazon since from the time of purchase it worked out cheaper than retail however it may have changed since. If you want an iPad that can easily handle YouTube and Roblox then this is the iPad for you.Good quality, arrived fast, would recommend.

Excellent Apple product as usual, this is my 3rd iPad and the other two are still going in younger hands. Quality sound, lovely colour choices and couldn’t be easier to set up and use, battery life is good.

I have been debating getting one for ages. The main things for me were price, portability, power, browsing and light office work. This is coming from someone who had a gaming pc but wanted to move to a hybrid and portable set up of a PS5 and tablet.I actually set it up using my iPhone as you can transfer apps and data. I made sure I didn’t transfer media to save space. So I was up and running in about 10 minutes.This iPad covers all my needs. Browsing is seamless, and with the added split screen function you can do useful things such as copy and pasting between apps and browsers, or just comparing. It’s nice to not have two monitors and be sat at a desk.For light office work it’s great. Excel nothing more than adding and light formula. With word easy editing, nothing fancy. It blitzes these tasks with ease.I went with the 64gb version as I have a Microsoft 365 family licence. I therefore back up all the photos and documents to OneDrive, so the 64gb is barely used. I also stream my music and have subscriptions to video services, so again I’d always get the base model and use 3rd party storage options to save cost on the actual model.The speakers are great so having it on while cooking or just lounging is really nice.Price, right now is fantastic £371.Accessories, I like typing on screen so all I bought was a cheap cover and tempered glass screen. This makes it very portable and versatile.If you’re looking for something to get you through general day to day, this is a great choice. If you design, draw, or do heavy editing look at the other options.All in all I love it, and when this can’t get the latest updates I’ll buy a new one, and trade this one in towards it.

If you are thinking of buying a affordable graphic tablet or a iPad for your mac I would suggest you to pick this tablet since it’s affordable and long lasting you can control everything on it and free hand design sound quality is amazing I got the best sound quality. Connectivity to the system and wifi is super fast. Very light weighted perfect for designing and for classes to take note this is the best laptop/ MacBook system alternative fast and long lasting charge even after being mirrored for designing from the mac it worked for hours more than a day. So if you’re a student go for this and if you’re a designer who is just beginning your career or is thinking of buying one go for it.!!!!!
