Excellent water boiler does one cup of hot tea in no time with the easy to use cup size dial the machine looks great but Most of all it works well it's also excellent to have a Brita filter in the tank so you get lovely tasting tea not that plastic taste as with my other cheaper boiler I had before this one the only down side is you have to keep topping the water chamber up as I drink quite a lot of tea but otherwise no issues I would highly recommend it as it's quicker and cheaper to run than a kettle as it only boils the water you need I would never go back to a kettle after this machine.
