PROS: phone looks and works great (except the fingerprint ID) upon arrival. Came in a plain box with charger and charger block. Battery life was okay, but required charging mid-day after very modest usage in the morning.CONS: after using it with my ATT account for the recommended 60 days in order to unlock the phone, I find out that the phone CANNOT be unlocked. The IMEI (the phone's id number) has been BLACKLISTED by ATT and can never be unlocked. This was due to the previous owner, who was on a payment plan with ATT, getting rid of the phone before paying it all off. So now, I'm stuck with a phone that's bricked and permanently locked to ATT.

The phone came in great condition after a faster delivery than expected. Everything worked fine, the screen was in perfect shape, and even had a protector already in place. On our end we didn't notice the phone was AT&T locked. Luckily the seller made returning the phone very easy.

Pixel 7a arrive with alternate box, power supply and cable. Screen has protector pre-installed.It has a hairline crack or scratch on back glass, and minor scratched off paint on bottom front frame.It will live in a phone case, not a big deal for me. Battery is at 99% health (4,332 mAh vs 4,385 mAh).Tried to unlock on AT&T site, says "You can’t unlock your device until your installment plan is paid off".Upgraded to Android 14. Put in my Red Pocket SIM and it works fine. Hopefully it doesn't get blacklisted.
