I’ve taken it three days, left off celexa and gabapentin and ambien.. I’ve felt so good. Though upon reading about it on here, I see it can harm my liver. Guess I should call my dr Monday, and no doubt she’ll tell me it’ll damage my liver, but medicines harm your liver too, plus with this, you don’t have to go to dr every three months, for renewal of prescriptions, so guess I’ll have to weigh my options. This medicine says take two a day but so far, I’m taking one capsule and it is helping with anxiety, pain AND I’m sleeping well, so can’t see how one capsule ashwagandha wouldn't be better on liver than three pills of the other. Anyone interested tho, it does tell you to discuss with your dr BEFORE taking them.
