Headrest and arm rests are low for 5'6" woman (about 2 inches for both). Seat is comfortably wide but not too deep.Easy to assemble and looks nice, comfortable for the price point. Might have to take off headrest, if taller than 5'5" an ergonomic office chair (with 3 or 2 paddles) without a headrest would be a better purchase.

Easy to assemble and comfy. The height and angle of the headrest is adjustable, height of the chair is also adjustable. Although you can recline the chair for about 125-130 degrees, it’s still comfy enough to lie down. There’s also an adjustable lumbar support. It also comes with a folding footrest and a mini pillow. I’m 5’2” and I wish the foot rest was longer so that it reaches my feet so that it doesn’t dangle. It only reaches up to my ankles which felt a little uncomfortable when lying down for long periods of time, however, i looked at other chairs and their foot rest is usually on the short side too. It’s a comfy chair but when you plan to sit on it longer than 4hrs straight, I suggest buying a seat cushion to give you extra comfort. Also since the back is a mesh, it can be hard on the back while lying down so I place my regular pillow on my back to give it extra cushion as well.

I bought this chair a few days ago as my first ergonomic chair (I used to mainly use "gaming chairs") and so far so good. Has both pros and cons, but for the budget price I was expecting it to have some cons.(I will try to remember to update this review in a few months to see how its doing)PROS:- I'm a 5'4, 260lb woman and the chair supports my weight just fine. My head is level with the headrest in its middle-level position.- The chair is pretty comfortable, compared to previous chairs I've had.- I like the adjustable lumbar support, at max its a little much but once you find the right adjustment for you, its great!- The pink color is pretty much what I was expecting it to be, I was worried it would be more orange/salmon-y in person but its pretty close to the photo!- Chair came with an extra pillow which was a surprise. I'm not really using it personally, but its a nice touch!- The instructions were very easy to follow and only took me 30-45 minutes to assemble by myself. They were mostly picture instructions which I find easier to follow as sometimes the badly translated instructions can be hard to decipher.CONS:- The armrests are a bit close together, and the extra armrest supports connecting to the seat of the chair kind of dig into my thighs a bit when I'm sitting cross-legged (which I normally do.) I may end up taking the arms off the chair (as I don't really use them anyway)- I wish this model's armrests were able to be flipped up like the model without the footrest.- The headrest is basically useless. Unless I'm leaning all the way back, my head doesn't get anywhere near the headrest. It only moves vertically and has 3 "pivot" adjustments, none of which actually make the headrest reach your head.- The footrest seems a little flimsy, so I'm not sure how long it will last. I've heard cracking noises coming from the footrest just with me slightly readjusting my position with my legs on the footrest, however there's no visible damage so far.

* Must know *Might be a tight squeeze for people over 300 pounds.BUT!The chair is great! I am a larger individual myself and don’t find it too tight but for individual larger than 300 pounds, it may be an issue.I found that unscrewing the bottom screw of the arm rest gives you space to maneuver and have some space for your legs if you like to sit with your legs crossed. And when the arm rest is needed, it manages to stay sturdy enough in the screw sockets to hold my arms. So it is definitely manageable for plus size individuals! It is not part of the features of this chair but a good “diy” fix to help us bigger folks out!Other than that, the chair is awesome!Looks exactly as pictured and my biggest worry was flimsiness of the foot rest but it seems to be doing great so far! I don’t know if the wear and tare may affect its sturdiness in the long run.The instructions were very clear and very well organized, which i appreciated! It even came with, what appears to be cotton, white gloves! I’m not too sure of its purpose but it was pretty cool to find included!

I’m really happy with how they packaged this. It’s easy to put together. The chair is comfortable, it doesn’t squeak, and it rolls on hardwood floors smoothly.But a few things I wish they will implement if they make an upgraded version of this chair:- The arms are stuck on the same height. It would be nice if they can flip or move up and down. It’s also loose even if I screwed them on very tightly.- It’s great that the lumbar can vary in depth but I wish they added a way that it can move vertically since people’s heights are different. I am 5’2(159cm) and it sits a bit above where I would want it to be so I just don’t use this feature.- Recline and height pulls on this chair are stiff and hard to reach.I would’ve given this chair 5 stars but the foot rest it came with had a deep indentation that wouldn’t go away.

There's a instruction booklet that has full page illustrations of each step, came with white gloves, spare parts covers for unsightly screws, and each piece of the chair was carefully wrapped up. It definitely showed the company put a lot of consideration into making the building process easy & high quality. As for the longevity of this chair, i'm still unsure but once assembled it feels sturdy & comfortable. Nonetheless, i am impressed by their dedication and effort for the customer - i don't leave reviews for products, but this one stood out enough for me to write one. Color & model looks just as pictured on advertisement 100%.

We bought this desk chair for our young adult daughter who spends hours in her room studying for her University courses. She also has a TV in her room. She's the one who chose it because of all its features. "And boy did she hit it out of the park"!! It is extremely comfortable, including the much-needed lumbar support. It offers many features for multiple uses. You get to be well-seated and comfortable for long hours at your desk. You also have a headrest and the leg extension cushion feature (the first time I've ever seen this on an office chair) for watching TV or reading a book. It also leans back and acts like a recliner chair! All of this and the chair still looks chic and beautiful in her bedroom. She chose the cream color. Just Wow!!!

Twist knob makes it so much easier without having to look back, I can just reach out. Pairing this with a standing desk would help you the best ergonomic position.* Good height. At max setting, only my toes touch the ground.* Cushion is good, but with any office chair, always best to put a separate cushion on* Caster's are plastic but still roll okay on laminate flooring.* Extra gloves and pillow is a super nice touch! Kudos to the sellerThe Bad:* Headrest does not stretch towards you. Only predetermined vertical adjustments are possible. This makes the chair a bit uncomfortable for me* No height adjustable armrests. I don't use armrests too much so it doesn't affect me but the armrests offer zero adjustment options* Even with reclining pedal switched off, there's still a bit of give if you rock and forth* It makes these clicky noises when the different parts are brushing against each other* Not a con to me but everything is plastic* Watch the shipping! The way it's packed has nuts and screws from the seat and another part facing the walls of the box, which inevitably left my package arrive a bit damaged. Nothing major to the final product!--Conclusion: Recommended especially if you have a standing desk for peak ergonomic comfort! I don't suffer from any ergnomic health issues so my requirements may be a lot simpler than some individuals. But all in all, considering the price I think it's very fair and a great product in general from assembly to finish. In any case, I loved the reclining function so I bought another one for my father!

I am really happy with my new office chair! I find it has good back support, goes to the height I need it to, and was easy to assemble. The seat cushion is quite firm and the headrest is comfortable. It feels stable and doesn't feel like it will fall apart. For reference, I am 110lbs and 5' tall. The only thing I would improve is the arm rests. It would be great if they were adjustable so I could raise them a bit more. I would definitely recommend this chair! It is an excellent addition to my office!
