I bought this because it has a paper tape. It came with two rolls. It can be plugged in and/or you can use batteries. It has a lot of features that I don't need which is fine. The price was reasonable. The only downfall is that I need to order more tape because they are small rolls if I need to do a large project.

This is a fine calculator if all you want to do is add. But to ME, the numbers assemble in a very backward order if you desire to utilize any other function. But to be fair, most all calculators do require you in impute in awkward, unlogical fashion. You can never say 18 - 8 = 10. Because the calculator will always (incorrectly) assume that 18 is a negative number, because AFTER you typed in 18, you hit the minus key. If the calculator was logical, and I wanted the 18 to be a negative number, I would of led with the "negative key" FIRST. That's the correct way to do math.

I got this calculator for work. The last one we had was old and outdated. This on has so many options but I like having the manual to use it to it's full potential. My favorite figure is so simple but helps me out a ton is the date and time stamp. So nice to just hit that and go straight into counting cash for the day. Would highly recommend this for any accounting or office that deals with money.
