Bought this product as I have the start of arthritis in both my hands and found it easy to use. The lead turns 360 degrees, the brush is oval not round. The lead is longer than a normal hairdryer. The only issue is that it’s quite noisy.

As someone with Fibromyalgia, I had pretty much given up on trying to blow dry my hair. The combined weight of a hairdryer in one hand and the styling brush in the other was too much for me to manage and I usually had to give up after completing a quarter of my hair.I was initially unsure whether to order the One Step Hair Dryer and Volumiser based on a couple of the negative reviews. However, I could not be happier that I took the plunge and ordered it.I find it easy to hold, and the fact that you can support the other end to distribute the weight makes it very manageable. It can be a bit too hot on the highest setting when close to the neck, but the lower heat setting is fine.I would be pleased to recommend this to people with chronic health conditions, although I do recognise, of course, that we all have different experiences.

I broke my arm and it was a nightmare trying to dry my hair with 1 arm. (Using a regular hair dryer and brush). This is perfect to use with one arm. Managed to dry hair straight with a lift and curled under at the end. I have quite fuzzy hair too. So very impressed with this. I’ll continue to use even when my arm is healed. Easy to use and great hair results.

Good airbrush, easy to use. Enough settings doesn't tug hair. Quick, gives hair plenty volume. Quite hot on high would avoid this setting.good price , quality too.

I'm not very adept with hair equipment but this is much more controllable and easier than a conventional hair dryer plus separate styling brush. So much kinder on my hair as it dries quickly on a lower heat setting. Was glad that I chose the short to mid length hair model, the brush being 30% smaller - my hair is shoulder length and I was surprised at how light it was to hold. Really pleased with the quality and price.
