after learning curve I think it is great...heavy but built like a tank.

Got three of these now, and I have to say that all three of the stoves leak fuel. The seals simply do not work very well at all (unlike my trusty Trangia which has never leaked so much as a drop).Now, I ordered these mainly because it worked out cheaper than ordering the Tatonka Folding Handle Mugs, the pot stand and wind guard separately. I didn't actually need the stoves.I have, however, found a critical design flaw with the pot stand system: it's impossible to snuff the stove when you're done using it without significant risk of tipping the entire stove over (and potentially burning yourself).This combined with the terrible O-Ring seals in the stove's lid warrants the 3 star rating.The cup (and the smaller pan/cup/lid that comes with this kit) are of exceptional quality. Indeed, the 18/8 gauge stainless used by Tatonka is a fine-quality steel, and the workmanship in so far as working the metal into shape is exceptionally good.The wind guard can be made to serve its purpose without the need to incorporate the poorly-designed pot stand, and the stoves are also perfectly usable so long as you do not intend to store your fuel inside them.Personally, I'd recommend buying the bits you want, getting a proper Trangia burner, and either a better design of pot stand, or making one yourself.

Brilliant piece if kit very compact I love it

A lot smaller than i 1st thought,but thats a good thing,perfect 4 backpacking or just making a brew on the move.packs down really small and is made of good quality materials, better than a trangia ?. ,,,,,,,,,,just as good in my opinion. Love it.
