It's a great idea, made well, looks great, but the roll of towels won't spin because it's too tight on the spool, so it's a real pain in the neck to use. It's a dern shame because I love the look and idea, but it's just a source of daily aggravation, so I can't recommend it.

Honestly this is a must have for any kitchen! The pipe does look a bit like an exposed end of a trampoline frame (do you still assemble those at home??) but otherwise it's fantastic! It took me a bit to realize I could just fill it with my regularly used spray bottle cleaner because I thought I had to have those fancy tablets. Newsflash: You Don't.

I received the white paper towel holder for my kitchen. I was impressed with the quality and aesthetic of the piece. It came packaged properly so there were no dents or damages on the metal pieces. The spray bottle fit seamlessly into the top and is easy to refill. My only concern was that the current paper towel rolls that I buy fit firmly against the center pole and is harder than normal to replace them. Overall, I would highly recommend because there is nothing wrong with the product itself.
