I like having my arms protected when picking blackberries or pruning roses. These do go from my wrist to my upper arm, but there is no thumbhole as pictured. I wish they had the thumbhole as that would keep them from creeping up my arm, but otherwise I'm happy.UPDATE: They DO have thumbholes, so I changed my review to 5 stars. Now my problem, unrelated to this product, is that they slip down my arm, like stockings that don't properly fit. I am quite thin, so this is not a complaint about this product.

These arm covers are very cute, comfy, and keep the sun and mosquitoes at bay. The only problem I have with them is that they don't stay up on my arm. Maybe my upper arms are smaller than "normal" at 10", but the bands at the top of the covers aren't tight enough to hold them up. The covers are so silky smooth that they slide right down and off my arms. Problem easily solved for me by using an elastic hair band at the top to hold them up.

These Farmers arms seem to protect from scratches doing horse chores and maintaining flower beds. I like the sun protection.

The sleeves are very colorful and pretty. This is a first time purchase and I'm very satisfied. I garden and spend time outside and these are great protection from too much sun and bug bites. They are lightweight and double for warmth if it happens to be cool out but not chilly enough for a long sleeve shirt. They can simpy be removed if it gets too warm. Great product!

These sleeves do not stay up, they are hot, and thorns and even pine straw pierce right through them! I will be returning with bloodstains! They are pretty but serve no purpose!

I love these so much! I can wear a t-shirt to do gardening and my arms are safe from poison Ivy and sunburn while pulling weeds.

These sleeves are too big for me. My upper arm is about 9&1/2” around, on the smaller side so unfortunately these don’t stay up. I might add a tuck at the top where the elastic is so they will fit. I like the pattern, they are beautiful. I can’t tell you how well they work at this point, but I’ll update if I get them to fit! And a note to the manufacturer, it would be great if circumference measurement was provided!

When pruning a tree recently, my arms were so scratched up that I searched for some type of arm protection to help with that problem and found these. I went out today to cut dead limbs from my holly and boxwoods and was very pleased with how they fit, how cool they were, and they did help to prevent mass scratches on my arms. I ordered two pair and glad I did!
