This shoe simply doesn't perform. First you can see that there is only 3 shoe lace crossing sections holding your foot in. I understand this is becoming more popular with shoes, but its very minimalist and if done well, is fine. The Heel counter is made of neoprene. So you try to tighten the shoe laces, but the only grip they can really support is try press your foot into the back of the shoe, but the back of the shoe is stretchy, so your foot slips out when even just walking. Additionally the side and toe box of the shoe is made from a stretchable material, so your foot is never firmly in any location within the shoe. I've never had to wear a shoe where every step I took I had to worry about "where is my foot in my shoe? Will I roll my ankle if I step down?" Never in my life have I owned a shoe so useless. Usually if I buy a pair of shoes that I don't like, I will donate them. This time, I feel as if I could be hurting someone if they were to wear these shoes. Nothing shy of a shoe safety hazard. If you read this, you have been warned that these shoes are pointless as shoes.
