We opened the box and computer looked nearly new. We had trouble connecting to our WiFi and we never have trouble connecting anything else. We finally took the computer to the router to do a force connection. As we started setting up the computer, we noticed the “a” and “r” keys were not consistently responsive. We tried to use the computer without the power and it would not work. Charged the computer overnight, removed the power cable and the computer would not work. Received the error message in the attached picture stating the installed battery pack is incompatible. There was a checklist in the box that showed the computer passed the inspection checklist. Obviously, it should not have passed.
