MSI Titan GT77 17.3" UHD 144Hz Mini LED: Intel Core i9-13980HX, RTX 4080, 64GB DDR5, 2TB NVMe SSD, Thunderbolt 4, USB-Type C, Cooler Boost Titan, Win 11 Pro: Core Black 13VH-046US

I bought this in July 2023. I am now unable to game at all. I crashed while playing and since that time, the computer has been unresponsive. I have reset and wiped the pc 6 times. Each time I install a game and launch it, the screen freezes and the entire pc is unresponsive. I have to reset each time. I tried to register the laptop with MSI but they say it is an unofficial purchase since this retailer bought it originally, and they do not support you. There is no way to get technical support through MSI. I believe the graphics driver is corrupt, and now Im out $$$$ with no support. Horrible experience. I will never buy through amazon again and I will certainly never purchase an MSI product in the future. What a waste of $5k.

So far this is a fantastic laptopProsThe screen is a AUO B173ZAN06.C with 4k hdr1000, 1008 mini led zones, is 144hz, it is a matte screen, supports 10bit output from Nvidia Control Panel in SDR and HDR but is 8 bit by default in SDR.The CPU and GPU are super fastComes with a generic Samsung 2tb pcie gen 4 drive with reads around 6000MBps writes 5000MBpsRam overclocks to 4800Mhz2.5gbe nic is great but for some reason this intel killer nic is worse than a TP-link in my desktop one not sure why but it not a huge difference.Mechanical keyboard is fantastic no complaints.Consscreen does not have vrr or gsyncThe speaker come with Audio Enhancements turned on in windows settings turn this off and they will sound normal and not like you are in a echo chamber.To get ram to 4800mhz you need to use a streetfighter combo to unlock the settings in the bios and then finding the right settings needed are almost impossible to find without a guide.I will update as i have only had the Titian GT77 HX 13vi for a few days

Item arrived within 5 days of ordering with delivery half way across the US.Arrived in great shape, item is as described and everything matches up to what I purchased.I have only been using it 2 days and mostly doing updates and installing games from steam, but nothing I have tested has pushed it too hard.Fans are a bit noisy but I suppose that is less important then making sure a $4,000 laptop doesn't brick itself from heat.Overall very happy with purchase.ExCalibur PC also has very good customer service reviews so I have less worries if I do have an issue with the laptop, they also sent a code for a free game redemption through GeForce Experience which was unexpected.Very happy, I will update this review if anything changes.

Amazing power in a compact package. Fan is quieter than expected. Screen quality is beautiful and I love the RGB customization options to make everything look the way I want. Highly recommend.

Laptop came in Pristine! Runs smooth and fast as hell! An amazing seller who delivers on what's promised! If I didn't already have this one now, I'd buy it again lol
