it works, i installed to the wireless car charger and did not use an add on fuse but just went direct to the cigarette lighter outlet plug with a 12v to 5v converter. installed my 2015 4runner there was a spot that was made for it. side note - i don't think it should be installed direct to the board with out some sort of usb converter because the charger can only handle 10v not 12v and you could blow/burn something but this is just opinion i did not try it so do not know other wise. but if you can please advise because i have another care i would like to do this to and if i dont have to buy another converter would appreciate it. thanks

At least it works. Two issues though; 1) it has too many LED lights. I don’t think the lights on the motherboard are necessary because they are overkill. They are very bright. 2) It arrived broken, in a non padded plastic envelope. Whoever packaged an unprotected circuitboard for transport with no padding should be fired.

I read reviews about how these are often shipped in minimal packaging, so you might receive a damaged product. I took extra care to examine everything on arrival, and I thought I lucked out. Plug it in to a 5V micro SD, and there's no power to the board. Then I noticed that the positive wire from the micro SD slot to the main board had come disconnected. I resolder it, and add some reinforcement to the negative wire because it looked like it was about to come off as well. Plug it back in and the 50 super bright blue LED lights turn on, but the inductive coils do not have power to them. Not worth the time to hunt down what the culprit is. Honestly, it's cheap enough to just throw it in the garbage rather than deal with sending it back. Will be looking for a better solution, because the product idea is fantastic

I don't know whether it's a requirement of the board or something but the board that I got had all of the chips for power regulation on one side, and the micro-usb port on the other. This seems like a small thing, but I bought it to go under my desk mat, so instead of having the max height of the board be the tallest item on one side it's the sum of the tallest items on both sides, which also means that the board doesn't lay flat, a minor thing, but still disappointing.
