Cheap cheap don’t waist your money they supply plastic fittings that don’t seal and strip when you tighten them trying to get them to stop leaking as you can see from my picture I had to use automotive sealant and a hose clamp to stop the leak I would have paid an extra 10 or 20 dollars for them to use quality fittings now I am worrying that the fittings might blow at night or when I’m not home and have a flood. Also I contacted Amazon and they said that they were not responsible and they would pass my complaint on to the manufacturer and have them get in contact with me it’s been over a week and I still haven’t heard anything back from them so bad product even worse customer service my advice to you is take your money by a better product.

My first order got damaged during shipping and never arrived. Amazon refunded my money, so I ordered a second unit. The instructions are fairly clear, but it assumes that you're plumber. I had to read the instructions a few times and figure out some of the connections on my own. The plastic pipes are marked as to which one connects to the tank, to the drain, to the water main and to the faucet. It would have been a good idea to use the same markings on the filter holder unit, so you would know which pipe fits into which hole. Using the diagram you sort of get the idea but it leaves some doubt. Once I hooked it up correctly I turned the water on and I could hear the water filling the filters. Suddenly the water started squirting from 3 different connectors. The filter holder came pre-assambled from the seller, but 3 of the connectors were not fitted properly and wtater started spraying from them. I turned the water off, removed the pipes and reconnected them properly. I suggest you remove each pre-fitted pipe and re-insert them, make sure they go in all the way until they snap in. After that pull them back slightly, they should be locked in, and insert the retaining clips. You need to sanitize and flush the system, to do that you have to fill and empty the tank twice. It takes 4 hours to fill the tank, and takes about 10-15 minutes to empty, another 4 hours to fill and another 15 minutes to empty, lastly 4 more hours for a final fill. So you need to wait 12 and a half hours in total before you can have a glass of of water. This set included a mineral filter which adds great flavour to your purified water.

Very good quality water system and the water tastes better than the bottled water. The system doesn't take much space under the sink and still has enough room. Easy to install but be careful to tighten the valves and caps, especially those filter caps and tank top valves. I faced leaking after reinstallation and spend many hours in those areas.
