I do not have alot of hair and what little I have I like to keep it short. When at home in IL I use the local barber college where students come from as much as 4 hours one way to attend this training college. I get good cuts for a reasonable price considering I am partially bald. But when I go to FL for the winter I cut my own hair since there at no barber colleges around. I know the owner personally and he told me to get this model for my own use in FL. The main reasons are the vast assortment of accessories. I do not require alot but it includes the one or two I need. Most importantly is the trimming swing arm. I know that is not the correct terminology but it works! It makes the small length changes when using the accessories. For instance the swing arm adjuster lets me cut my hair at about 1 3/4 using the 1 1/2 attachment. I think it came with a 1 1/2 and 2 attachment. Now I can cut my hair at 1 3/4. The convenience of the battery operated clipper is great. Seems like excellent quality for a regular consumer. But the barber college owner recommended it to me.

Wahl Lithium Ion Pro Rechargeable Cordless Hair Clippers for Men, Woman, & Child....... This is a very nice set of clippers for the price. I've had Wahl clippers before and always found them to be of good quality. This set seems to be pretty good quality except for the attachments seem to be just a little on the flimsy side. I may be wrong but they just dont seem to be as sturdy as previous models the plastic seemed more sturdy in the older models. Other than that the clipper does work very well and there are plenty of attachments to do almost any style of cutting you desire. The case for storage could have been better with compartments molded in to hold everything in place and not be a jumbled mess when opened but it will do .

I've only used these twice so far but have been very impressed with the cut quality and battery life. I have thick hair and you pretty much have to go over an area once or twice and you are done. It comes with a lot of attachments but I probably will only use two or three but it is nice to have that many options. Without any guard the clippers cut the neck line nice with no pinching of the skin.As I've only used this twice it's on it's initial change and the battery is holding up nicely. I'll keep using it until it dies and update the review if it falls short of expectation.The plastic case is nice and much better than a vinyl bag. Along with the attachments it as comes with clipper oil and a nice cleaning brush.

I got this Wahl battery clipper to replace my chord electric Wahl. This clipper is excellent. It is very light compared to chord electric. It cuts just as well and is much easier to handle. I touch up my hair almost daily and easy to handle is very important to me. It is designed to charge on a USB port which I thought was going to be an issue. I emailed Wahl Customer Service and they offered to send out a plug in charger immediately if I needed one but in the hour or so it took them to email me back I realized that I have USB ports all over the place so I did not need it.As usual with Wahl an excellent well built product and much more quiet than a plug in electric.Finally their customer service is very responsive although in the 20 years I have used Wahl clippers this was the only time I have ever called them and it turned out to be a false alarm.

I bought this to learn how to cut my own hair and this has been more than enough, easy to use and clean with great battery life.

Love these clippers! We've been using Wahl clippers for years and was looking to replace an off-brand set we've been using last few years. Best feature by far is the ability to use it cordless or plugged in (no more having a cord wrapped around your neck or grabbing an extension cord!). Self sharpening blades are a big plus too. Comes with more attachments than I'll ever need, but some people may find them useful. Lithium ion battery charges fast and holds a charge for weeks. Great product at a great price!!

This product has worked very well for me. I like all the different parts in the kit. Battery life has been excellent. I wish it would cut closer when cutting at an angle around the ears, but it cuts very close when held flat to cut sides and back of neck. Easy to clean and fun to use.

I've been using the Wahl Lithium Pro Hair Clipper for a few months now, primarily for my monthly buzz cuts, and it's been fantastic. This is my second Wahl clipper, and the quality is just as impressive as my first pair that lasted over ten years. The battery life is significantly better, holding a charge much longer, which is a big plus for me.The handle is ergonomically designed and smaller, making it comfortable to use. The clipper guards snap securely in place and work well, with little risk of them coming off during use. The blades are extremely sharp and cut even the finest hair with a single pass. Overall, this clipper has met all my expectations and more.

Ordered on Prime Day '24, came with power brick, included user guide is "v.2023.10".I've finished my first self-cut with this clipper, which went very well. The clipper itself is quite nice with a good weight and nice feel. The power and speed seem good, it makes a healthy sound without being too loud, and it more than kept up with my hair type and skill level, which I would describe as "average" (wavy, medium thick) and "complete amateur", respectively. The switch has a nice healthy click, and gets up to speed instantly. The silver plastic and rubberized navy plastic shell sections look kind of cheap and give me some longevity concerns, but overall the handling is fantastic.The included power brick is a beast of a unit with an 8' cord that is nicely overbuilt for the rated 4V/2A and should be able to survive ample usage. The RPM increases slightly when the clipper is plugged in, which isn't a sign of top quality electronics, but this does give some added flexibility. The included guards are OK, they latch on firmly and work very well, but the plastic clips don't seem like they'll last long. They're black, so you can highlight the numbers with silver Sharpie for easier recognition. The case is good, large enough for everything included as well as a few extra guards, and it's great that it's hard plastic. The big cleaning brush is nice and stiff, the little brush is too flimsy and I prefer the double-ended razor brushes that are available cheaply on Amazon. The scissors and styling combs are absolute garbage.Overall this seems to be an excellent set of starter clippers for home use that achieves a good balance between quality and price.
