It might have been a good blog post. Very basic and mostly useless information. Waste of money and time.

This is a quick read but it's not going give you the step by step guide on how to start an IT Consulting business.

Good: Easy, quick read.Bad: Very basic, common sense items. Almost too generalized for me. Was looking for specifics on outsourcing, numbers on typical rates/markup fees. Also need more info on how to find clients (everyone’s favorite question!)

This is a great book for any one looking to decide to get into new business and specifically IT Staffing business in the USA. It gives all the details of what is needed and there are more books on the specifics but not listed within this book about the same topic. I am definitely looking into the other books also as it seems like a business that can be done remotely and has good chance to earn good income.
