I ended up with a size 9 (usually 81/2) since I returned a size 10, too long. This one fits nicely, has reasonable arch support, perfect toe box, adjustable Velcro fastener, nice breathable fabric. The heel part is too soft for me but I can still hang onto it will putting shoe on. The firm sole is fine going outside. This is very wide even for my wide and often swollen feet but very doable. They were a little uncomfortable for ball of feet but now, a week later, they’re great. Would recommend.

I got these to wear when i had lymphedema wraps on my legs. Regular shoes would not fit over the wraps. These fit and looked ok enough that when i wore them to work no one could tell they were special shoes or that i had the wraps on. If you have diabetes and need the extra room for your feet, or you have to wear wraps, these shoes are good and descrete.

One size too big in length. Wide Width is a true woman's 4E. Toebox is roomy in width and depth. A bit pricey.

I have arthritis and struggling with edema lately, so I bought these shoes so I can wear something. These are some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn. I love that I can adjust the strap for however swollen my feet are. I also love the arch support as I have high arches and these support me as I need. I find I don’t trip or anything, these shoes are really great.

These are by far the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. They have good arch support and feel like I'm walking on a cloud, which is saying something because i am a bigger girl. I also have chronic lymes disease and my feet swell often. Not only do they allow for that, they are so easy to put on with my sore hands. They also have great traction, and are very warm. They might not be stylish but I am so thankful for all the other features that I don't even care. So far, I have been wearing them for a few months with no signs of wear. If they do wear it ifully intend to get more.
