When I received my package of the flavor I decided to try which was the cinnamon flavored, I was not let down. Each little package comes with four biscuits (cookies) in them. They are thin and crispy. I like the taste of these because they are slightly sweet but not too sweet. The have tiny chewy pieces of fruit (if it applies to the flavor) which are a nice and tasty addition. They have no high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. Each package has 18-20 grams of whole grains and 3 grams of fiber. They had tiny chewy pieces of apple which were a nice addition. They have no high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, or sweeteners. Each package has 18-20 grams of whole grains and 3 grams of fiber. I am impressed that they are made with whole wheat flour and taste good too. I think that these could make a good breakfast for kids too on the go. I look forward to trying the other flavors as I find them. I also eat a package of these as an afternoon snack! One last thing to add buying these from amazon in this larger box is much better than what a store will charge you for a smaller count box.

I LOVE BelVita soft bakes. However, the packer tightly wrapped the 6 boxes in sticky, black plastic wrap so tighly that all 6 boxes were crushed, and the "bars" are crumbled. Disappointing (and harder to eat.)
