The treadmill looked great in the pictures but is extremely low quality. It is mostly fine for walking on, but is extremely rickety and is made of soft plastic. Anyone over 100lbs walking on this thing will cause it to 'lag'. The track sticks, and makes you almost trip. It's extremely unsafe, and has caused multiple almost-falls, just in the few hours we've had it. Don't dream of running on it, it only makes things worse.In addition, it's not free shipping for returns. So if I want to return this thing, it's going to cost me nearly $300 - almost the cost of the product! If i could give negative stars, I would.

Feels solid and supports my weight without any issues. It's quite quiet and easy to move around. My only gripe is the units of measure for speed is mph instead of km/h and there doesn't see like a way to change it (read through the entire manual).

Perfect size to use in small home. Very handy to have the side supports for older people that need to hold on. Have been using daily with no issues. Pleased with this treadmill.

Worked great, quiet and functional, until it just died one day after 3 months. Won’t turn on and can’t return now. Save your money!

Used 4 - 5 times & works very well with no issues. The only point of initial confusion was the security key purpose. It's required to get the treadmill to operate because when powered on it won't start up. It's actually a good safety feature if someone lost balance & fell, being clipped to clothing, it would pull the magnetic piece from the top display arm causing machine to stop. I would recommend this machine as it was reasonably priced.
