Google Pixel 7 Pro 5G 128GB 12GB RAM 24-Hour Battery Factory Unlocked for GSM Carriers Global Version - Hazel (Renewed)

I decided to go with a Google Pixel because Ihad heard good things about the camera. 6 months into this phone, and I HATE it. I use this phone often for work and it's becoming unreliable. It will randomly switch to a mode where I can't make or receive phone calls. I have to re start the phone multiple times a day. It has recently started freezing on screens and again I have to re start the phone. This isn't a cheap truck stop phone, and now I am stuck with this on again off again brick.

I submitted for a trade in of a Samsung note 20. Was estimated to get $250 for it... The phone was in perfect condition with the exception of some minor scraping around the edges from the phone case. I sent it back in the exact packaging they sent me the Pixel in. When they received it I was given only $120 for the trade-in to which they claimed the screen was cracked. The Pixel phone itself is okay but it doesn't hold a charge and overheats constantly. I tried to go through the return process but it wouldn't let me, and at this point I'm glad as I don't feel confident that they'd be honest about the condition of the phone upon receiving it.

With these phones running for 800 other places, I was willing to take the risk on a refurbished. I upgraded from a 4a and WOW the difference. The battery took a few days to adapt to my usage and now I get at minimum a full day on one charge, but the battery life depends how heavily you use it (if you're on social a lot like me, it's a little less lol)As far as the refurbish, theres some delamination in the bottom of the screen, that looks like it maybe had been cracked and the screen replacement had an issue, no big deal as the touchscreen still works just fine, but it is something to note.Not sure if this is a 7pro thing or a refurbish thing but the bottom right speaker is SUPER tinny at higher volumes. Notice it a lot more watching YouTube videos, but seems fine on social media?? Unsure about that.Worth the risk if you're not willing to shell out for the super expensive brand new ones!

As advertised, 24 hour battery easily, I can definitely get through a day and half without charging. Coming from a note 20 5g this battery is way better. Then what's better than Google stock android experience, the features and camera all make this such a great buy for the price. The phone is good condition, small scratch on screen nothing to fuss about.

Phone works great! It connected to my carrier (Spectrum) easily. The instructions were clear and setup was easy. I was replacing a broken phone of the exact same make and model and it works like it should. It has one small cosmetic scratch on the back bezel, but does not really effect looks or functionality.
