La verdad es que anteriormente había usa Citrato de Magnesio pero por recomendación me cambié al Glicinato de Magnesio y gracias a Dios me encontré con el producto de esta marca. Y estoy supersatisfecho.

Several friends had mentioned using magnesium glycinate for sleep. I already use a different magnesium with another supplement plan, but they said it also helped with muscle cramps which I started developing recently. I have some severe back issues and I thought it couldn't hurt to try. I had looked at so many and then a friend sent me the link to this one. I guess I missed the fact that this one also has vitamin D3 in it. It absolutely helps me with sleep, but make sure you're not also taking a D3 supplement. I wake up in the morning, take my D3 and my stomach has been freaking out for a few days. I completely stopped my other magnesium thinking it might be that until I realized I'm taking an extremely high dosage of D3 now since it's included in this. I will be going off my other D3 in hopes of it correcting my stomach issue, if not, this may just be too much magnesium for me. Sadly they don't make a lower dosage, but as long as your stomach seems fine, it could be a good combination that includes a decent amount of D3 🙂.

I’ve tried every OTC sleep aid, and several prescriptions. A friend suggested magnesium glycinate and for the first night in years, I actually slept through the night. Woke up refreshed. Thinking, no it cannot be this simple, Ihave tried this for over a week now and my sleep has been wonderful. 6-8 hours every night without waking. I’d suggest anyone experiencing sleepless nights try this first. Your body may need this.

The first night I took a capsule I didn't have much hope that it would work, but I was very surprised that I got the best sleep I've had in a long time. So many products do not live up to their advertising, but this one did! You have a faithful customer for life.
