This chair comes safely boxed together with instructions and tools. I found it relatively easy to assemble, I've put together a few office chairs and this was the easiest though I used a T-shaped allen key with a handle rather than the standard L-shaped one included. The only fiddly part was screwing on the back, having someone hold that for me would have been useful but I was too proud to ask.The chair's adjustable height lever and gas lift work well, raising the chair up cleanly. The chair swivels and can be easily moved on its wheels, though the instructions warn that they aren't suitable for wooden floors. The armrests, seat and back are all screwed together so can't be adjusted.General quality is OK, the PU leather looks smart, the padding is thick and the required fire safety assurances are attached. The armrest plastic is soft so had a few marks, the worst condition issue was loose stitching on the back but it's right at the bottom, so shouldn't be a problem in practice. I don't know how well the seat will hold its shape over time but so far I find sitting in the chair quite comfortable, though the seat is a lot softer than I am used to and the armrests are lower than my main office chair.I watched a movie while sitting in the chair last night with no issues though the lack of a headrest makes it less suited to lounging in than working in. The lack of adjustable lumbar support and headrest makes it unsuitable for use as my main office chair but it is a good fit for my loft extension/guest room where I sometimes work from. A full size office chair would not have suited that room but this chair does.Given that it's under £70 I am still quite impressed with this chair, it has a nice neutral appearance so would suit any desk in my house, is a good size and has a comfortable padded seat.
