This was fairly easy to assemble. It is comparable to IKEA in that it has clear instructions and parts were easy to identify. It is kind of funny that it is marketed as "carbon fiber black" but the shelves and desktop are definitely just normal plywood with a pretty coating. It still looks cool and all the exposed wood isn't exposed after you assemble it (because you can only see the wood through the screw holes and such). The stickers and LED lights are a nice touch, though the sticker are tricky to get straight without using some sort of guide. Having a holder for headphones and cup holder built into the design is really nice.Overall, it is a really nice desk. Made of real metal and real wood, it feels like it is sturdy and should hold up well to normal use.
