I've been using this spray ceramic wax for years now and have compared it to many other waxes. It's one of the best for the money. In terms of ease of use, gloss factor, and slickness, this is my top choice. Now,that being said,I do detail my cars quite often. And I've used this ceramic spray as a second coat to the polish ceramic wax. It works great as it was designed to. But in terms of longevity, the Griot's 3 in 1 ceramic spray wins this category. The youtube channel ScottHd has done a extremely thorough testing of over 60 car wax products, lasting over a year. The Griot's 3 in 1 held up to others costing many times more. The Griot's 3 in 1 is $20 dollars for 22 oz. The Turtle Wax hybrid ceramic spray failed quickly! So why do I use the Turtle wax Hybrid ceramic spray? When I lived in San Jose Ca,it didn't rain much. I moved to Florida 6 months ago and it rains all the time here. And the humidity is incredible, you have to visit here to understand. In San Jose, even in the winter when it was much cooler, the Griot's went on as easy as the Turtle wax ceramic spray, and wiped off as easily. But the Griot's will last much longer. Up to 4 times longer. The Turtle wax polish wax and spray combo won't begin to compete in longevity against the Griot's 3 in 1 alone. Which makes the griot's much cheaper. But I don't let months go by in between waxing! And now.I'm having to deal with waterspots! And this is what I've experienced here in Florida. Because of the humidity, the Griot's get's streaky on all three of my cars. The Turtle wax hybrid spray also does, but not as bad. I can buff it out with a microfiber pad attached to my da polisher. The Griot's 3 in 1 is much harder to get out. And it gets "gummy" easily. And this next thing is where the turtle wax beats all the others,Mequiars gold class, ultimate,hi tec yellow,mother's...etc. It's much slicker and the gloss factor takes the winner spot! So it doesn't last nearly as long, but if you wash and polish your car often,at least once a month, this combo wins. The gloss and pop and the dust repelling, can't be beat. I wipe my cars down with an absorber all the time.Which means I don't actually wash my cars that often. I use the TW hybrid ceramic spray as a topper, which works great. The only thing slicker is Xtreme solutions Topper. It's not cheap,it doesn't last longer. It's not a wax. But the gloss is about the same. Nothing beats Topper in terms of slickness. And i've tested many different waxes and detailer sprays. So,the Turtle Wax Hybrid Polish wax and Ceramic Spray combo is one I can recommend. Especially if you live in a humid area and lot's of rain. I've done testing on the water beading patterns of different waxes. This combo produces small, tight, beads, which is less prone to leave deep etching waterspots. It beats the Meguiars and Griot's various waxes they produce. They may last longer, but they produce bigger beads on the hood, top, and trunk lid. And if you don't blow them off before the sun get's to them, you get bad waterspots. Which I then have to buff out with Meguiars Ultimate compound (best and cheapest for waterspots and medium scratches). The little bit of waterspots I do get come out much easier. Sometimes I just have to rub them with a little pressure using just the spray. If not,I use the Tw hybrid polish wax on my da orbital polisher and they'll come out.

Well reviewed. One internet site compared to other brands including actual ceramic coating. Could not get the stuff off the metal. Goes on easy, like anyother spray wax. Durable after 2 coatings. Even snow slid off the hood. Bugs splatter are not permanent and comes off with a little elbow grease. Has good shine and slickness. Hybrid ceramic coating that is inexpensive and easy to apply. Note it is ceramic coating.

Ok, so it isn't truly a hard core ceramic coating with SiO2 content and it is not going to protect your paint for three years (as other brands might claim). I have tried many many formulations over the years. Carnauba is unmatched for deep shine with dark paint but as a natural extract from a tree, is provides only limited durability and water repellency. I have also used Klasse products and Zaino but the application process is more involved and I would not say that the durability is anything to brag about. Mothers CMX is comparable to this Turtle Wax hybrid solutions spray but does leave some annoying little white beads on the paint; one drive down the road and beads are gone so I would say that it is not a problem. This Turtle Wax formulation is pretty impressive. I own four cars ranging from 2011-2023. They are fairly new and so they have modern clear coat paints. For 90% of applications, I would say that this spray will work well. If you work in the shade and wipe it off after a quick flash, it is very easy to use. I apply it every 6-8 months because it usually wears off but the durability is pretty impressive. Protection against bird droppings and acid rain is excellent. I apply it to glass and it leaves none of the white residue associated with other brands. It wipes off dark plastic trim without smears. Super glossy finish on painted surfaces. Easy to use. Very long lasting. Inexpensive. In 2024, it is hard to match for price and value. 5-stars!
