Let me start of by saying that I am an amateur with lots of equipment. I like to play and experiment. This flash gives me a lot to play with!This is a solidly built flash: it is heavier than others I have used and comes with a pre-charged battery. I was able to start using it immediately after receipt. Charger includes a plug block, so everything I need is in the kit, as opposed to needing to supplement or find a usb slot to plug into.The battery fits flush into the unit without the need for a spring door to close on top of it. Install is easy and fast. ALL electronics should copy this method.This offers a number of different diffusers, including one built-in and an adaptor that accepts a magnetic dome. I know just enough to know that each one will help control the way the light strikes my subject: I'm going to have to play with these to identify the best situations for each.The instruction booklet with the unit is detailed and in multiple languages. It's small enough to fit comfortably in a camera bag and the type is large enough to readOptions allow it to serve as a master or a slave, adjust for aperture.It offers auto, manual, and strobemodes, and can be used wirelessly.The contact fits easily in and out of the camera hot shoe.The one drawback is that the included case can't hold the flash and all the accessories...but serious photographers are carrying it and the accessories in a camera bag anyway. so it's no big deal.I own several Neweer products and all of them are superior, well-built products. I can;t wait to try out all the features this flash offers.

This was hands down my favorite flash I had ever used. Absolutely loved it. Until I went to use it off camera...only to find out that it won't work with my brand new Godox X3c flash trigger. That makes this an on camera flash only for me...and that kinda takes away all the value. Being forced to stay in an ecosystem is a step in the wrong direction Neewer. I was really starting to come around on some Neewer brand stuff lately...but this just killed everything for me. What a waste of money...I never use on camera flash. That's just not why I bought it. So either bundle it with the only trigger receiver unit it will work with, or at least tell people before they waste their money. Every single flash I own works with that trigger...except this one. That's insane.

Bought this with the QPRO-S transmitter and works great with my A7iv! Still figuring everything out with it since I don’t normally use flashes but still a great addition nonetheless

You don't need to spend a lot of $$ for good lighting. A bit complicated but once you read the instructions it does pretty good. Dome attachment give very even light and works well with TTL settings on my Canon Body. Does great for outdoor fill light on back-lite subjects.

Looking into Flash options for my Sony A6700 I learned that if I don't buy a Sony flash I'm asking for troubles, so when ordering Z760-S I was pretty sure I'll be visiting Whole Foods in next few days, returning this back to Amazon.Well, so far I'm very impressed. It works flawlessly with my A6700. I have been testing it for many hours now and cannot find any faults nor cannot make my camera lockup or behave erratically. It is definitely a keeper. I hope to see this performance continuing forward, but if anything changes I'll drop a note.It took me little time to figure out the settings, as the manual has very small fonts for these old eyes, but now it is all smooth sailing.I'm very happy with this purchase. Neewer done an awesome job!Ordered off camera trigger that will arrive today. Expecting more fun! :)
