This Item worked once and then was totally unresponsive to any usb and would not connect, would like a refund please

This review is for the 5-in-1 version of the KOZYC multiport dock. This model has A PD USB-C in port, 3 USB A ports, and a single HDMI-out port. At time of review, it's $26 CAD with a $5 off coupon bringing it to $21 CAD. At this price, it's an okay but not stellar value. All ports work as expected; PD in supplied the full 65W my laptop is rated for' though the dock is rated up to 100W I cannot test that high. Wattage delivered was stable on my tester. The 3 USB-A ports all function as expected though I should note that despite the blue plastic on all three ports, only one of these is USB3.0. The other two are USB2.0 and it is absolute nonsense that the manufacturer has built them in a way that looks like USB3.0. The HDMI port does indeed deliver up to 4k resolution, but only at a paltry 30Hz refresh rate which is pretty hard on the eyes. I'd recommend only using it at lower resolutions where it can reach 60Hz. Build quality is good, with a solid metal body and a short USB-C cable. Overall, a functional but very basic dock, although at this price until you really want something tiny, you're better off looking at other USB-C docks with additional features.
