Love this one. I ordered a different brand before but the batteries kept dying within 15 minutes. Bought this one and love it. Batteries lasted 45 minutes. My neighbor needed help with some thin trees cut down. I helped her and she asked if I can order one for her. Just got it , she’s going to have fun.Light weight and I feel safe with this. The big chainsaws scare me, this doesn’t 💜

I am in love with this little tool. And I don’t have a whole Lotta negative things to say about it. Battery life is excellent. And it will cut things way larger than I expected. And it’s way easier to deal with than getting out my electric chainsaw. I read quite a few reviews about the oil dispense button and chain coming loose.With respect to the chain coming loose, that’s more of a problem with the instructions then with the tool. you need to properly adjust The chain tension before you use it, then, use it long enough for it to warm up a little bit and check the chain. if the chain is too loose, you need to adjust the chain tension again. Keep checking it and adjusting the tension while you’re using it. When you decide to quit using it, before the chain cools down, you want to loosen the tension so the chain is pretty loose. Otherwise, the chain might shrink and be way too tight and possibly damage the bar.The oil dispenser bulb does tighten up a good bit after the oil flows into the bulb. It may not seem like you’re able to push the bulb in very much, but as long as you see about 1/4 inch of oil inside the bulb, You’re good to go even though it doesn’t really feel like you’re pushing the bulb in.What may be a negative to someone else turned out to be a positive for me. The pink model was cheaper because of a coupon, but, the pink color clashed with the orange set of tools I already use. 😊 So I bit the bullet and ignored my OCD about having matching tools. When it came, I saw green latches on the carry case and was wondering- ??was I gonna have to do an “honest Abe” return because I paid less money for the pink one and got the green one which was not as cheap??? It turned out, the other items were pink, but they had accidentally put them in a green carrying case. So, when it’s in the Carry case it matches my orange tools. 😆The instructions are probably my biggest complaint. Oil will leak out of the top of the hole of the oil fill plug but that’s to be expected. Just keep it upright and maybe put a puppy pad inside of your carrying case to absorb any oil that might spill.

Very easy to use. But, the chain was on backwards. Had I not had someone familiar with chainsaws, it would be returned. But chain was put on correctly and it works well

I am very happy with my Tietoc mini chainsaw!! It is working as good or better than I expected. It cuts through multiple types of trees and brush . I love the light weight design and the batteries were completely charged upon arrival (THANKS TIETOC) . They last for a good while as well but take no major time to recharge. All in all… I would definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting to work on property or for hunting/camping or cutting fire wood. Love love love it!!

Lightweight, easy to use and works well. Love the safety feature since I’m kind of a klutz. Would recommend.
