Lixada 1.8MM Thick Titanium Cutting Board for Home Kitchen Cooking Outdoor Camping Hiking Backpacking,Size-S

I really need to translate centimeters to inches before I order stuff like this. I thought I was ordering a board large enough to replace my regular cutting board, but this think might be useful as a cheese board, but not much else. In inches it is 5 7/8" by 6/34". Like I said, tiny.

It's so thin, it takes up virtually no room in the drawer. Does not seem to dull knives. I like it well enough that I have ordered a larger one for bigger tasks.

I am a chef and have used plastic for the hygiene and ease of cleaning our boards, but after learning about microplastics in our foods from the fraying of plastic containers, cutting boards, and utensils, I have really made an effort into replacing as much plastic as possible.I am not suggesting steel boards like this for everything, but for the everyday cutting and chopping, especially with generic knives, it is a perfect option for a good cutting surface and easy to keep clean and germ free.I still use Japanese maple cutting boards treated with tung oil and bees wax, but it's nice to have a couple of these around.
