There was no charger included

The electric cuts off and doesn't work when I messaged the people they are so rude and don't listen to what I say and make u pay for the postage even tho it is a faulty product I don't recommend

I just wanted to write this review as I had an issue with this product. However it was sorted swiftly and effectively by the company. I couldn't have asked for better help and support. Thank you for all you did for me to solve the problem.

Spokes keep coming loose,keep having to tighten them

Don't buy from this seller. i regret this purchase poor quality cheap muck from china, this item controller too small low voltage for such a powerul motor i buy and the controller overheat on short journey seller stated that this is normal, pedal assist don't work ever, i tried everything including using deferent types off pedal assisit. seller not suportive, item arrived without adiquate controller bag i had to buy seperately. waist my money, i retension the spokes because they are loose yes the item came with the spokes not tight enough so much issies with this item i remove it from my bike and put it into storage for spare parts. controller for this 1500w kit should be 45-50A standard. there are better sellers on amazon that got better quality kit it's best to pay that little extra than buy cheap cheap can be very expensive. nothwithstanding this seller know very little about the product they are selling. ask about the pedal assist seller stated " just adjust the monitor to auxiliary mode" what this soposed to mean?
