I can’t speak to the efficacy of the blue light lenses, because they were too tight for my partner to wear. He gets migraines badly, and I hoped that these glasses would help with the blue light issue since he uses his computer at night a lot.The sides are very tight against his head, and made his head hurt, so he couldn’t tell if they were effective.
