Removed the alligator clamps on this unit and replaced with a 12 volt plug. I use this for additional aeration in a couple of my livewells. Seems to work just fine.

Works like a charm - keeps baits fresh and lively. Pumps a lot of air and water and draws very little amperage. I can put bait in the tank the night before I plan a trip knowing that they'll still be fresh in the morning. I cut off the battery clamps and wired in a cigarette lighter plug with a switch so i don't have to run cables all the way to a battery compartment, The price was a little steep, but if it save the life of $20/qt bait shrimp or pin fish I have worked hard to catch, I'm not going to argue.If this pump dies, I would buy another one without hesitation.

Item was just as described. I use it to keep fish alive in a 108 quart cooler and it works perfectly. Super quick shipping and price was great.

Works as described and keeps bait all night with minimal battery drain. Easy to clean. Only thing is if it’s warm outside you want to keep the live well lid open if running for extended periods because it will eventually warm the water.
