Arrived in extremly good condition, permormance is above my expectations. Im playing MSFS2020 on Ultra settings with 60 FPS.

The laptop surpasses all expectations and functions beautifully. It was able to handle four game downloads while still setting up. Extremely responsive and loads insanely quick also has great customization options. Had issues with FedEx and had to return original order the seller used UPS the second time and was delivered with out a hitch. The seller was also very responsive with messages, usually responding within 5 minutes and very understanding and helpful. Will definitely use them in the future.

After doing initial setup following the guidance and logging in to Windows 11, computer did an update to Windows, this is now totally locked out the screen. I'm not able to get any display on any type of secondary display, computer is completely unresponsive. Spent hours with Asus tech support walking the dog on how to troubleshoot it. Had this thing 6 days, and it is now a brick with cool looking red lights on the keyboard. I am extraordinarily disappointed in the customer service from Asus as well as the product not functioning and having a critical failure in the first week. This is my second Asus, and this will for sure be my last one and hopefully I am able to return it to the seller with no problem.

Even on battery saver, eco mode you'll get MAYBE 2.5 hours of very light usage.

Default settings it does not run great but after adjusting can run max settings on any game i have tried and get well over 60 fps in everything I play. Cod,wow diablo I've all ran great on max settings.
