I already fell in love with the characters in the first book (a good girl's guide to murder) and was SOOO happy that the story continues ^^the story was really great and heartbreaking and I couldn't stop reading!my personal likes weren't 100% fulfilled (because I like it, that there are moments of action in most of the chapters and not only at the end) but hey, that's kinda impossible to ever read THE perfect book :)I loved it and I'm already reading the 3rd one ;)

I have never heard of Holly Jackson until I purchased A Good Girl’s Guide to Murder for my niece. I went ahead and purchased a copy for myself as well, because I thought this would be a great bonding opportunity for us. I am an avid reader, however, This isn’t my go-to genre. I am a teacher and was administering the state test last week, so I decided to finally crack open this book. I don’t think I put it down the entire day. I carried it with me to the bathroom and everywhere else I went on campus! When I saw my group of kids two days later and told them I finished the first book they didn’t believe me! Now I have finished the second, and I am extremely excited to start the third. It is thrilling, and mysterious, and you think you know the answers, but you don’t! lol Wonderfully written, and very entertaining! I highly recommend.Side note: I would love it if there was more romance between Ravi and Pip. Their relationship is so cute!

The story line is just as good as the first... Plenty of unexpected twists and turns. One unexpected twist that I didn't appreciate is that she transferred the entire town, storyline and group of characters from a small town in England in the first book to a small town in Connecticut without so much as a 'by your leave'. I have no idea as to why she would do this... The story was going along very well in England.
