This is our second pair of New Balance shoes for our six year old and we are really happy with the purchase. They have proven to be durable, even through the rough play, running, and climbing our son does on a day to day basis. One of the better features of the shoe is the velcro strap. We've purchased other shoes where the strap is either too short or doesn't stay strapped when our child is running around (we've had terrible issues with Nike's in this regard).With the great fit, dependable straps, and numerous colors to choose from, we've been very happy with these shoes.
