If you don't mind not getting what is advertised go ahead and buy this tablet. The performance is what you would expect at this price point. It works but not great. The main issue I had is it does not come with everything the listing states and is even stated on the box. No cover and no screen protector, Amazon shipped me a replacement right away and it too did not come with these items. I reached out to Blackview and they were no help whatsoever. I don't see their service experience being any better. Plenty of other options out there, better performance, comparable prices.

I'm a repeat Blackview customer, been happy with their tablets.I ordered this one primarily to read books, minor surfing, occasional streaming. Important to me to have a functional Google messages app because I don't want to have to have my phone nearby and I primarily receive texts (not phone calls) Well, there was something faulty with the messages app, which comes default on the device. Could not uninstall and reinstall it because it's a default app. I tried a few things, including factory reset and starting over. No joy. Called Amazon tech support, they suggested a few things. Nope. Called Blackview tech support, couldn't figure it out and said I could ship it to them to try to solve or do an Amazon exchange. I had owned it less than a day so I did an exchange.Tablet 2 arrived with the exact same problem as well as an additional problem...the tablet would only work in portrait mode, would not rotate to landscape even though it was set to auto rotate. Even in apps that only work in landscape, it wouldn't go to landscape. I phoned Blackview tech support at which point I was given the distinct impression that these were problems they were aware of. They suggested I could wait a few days for a superior tech guy to call me back or return it to Amazon for a refund.I purchased a different tablet from a different brand which I am very happy with. Annoyed to learn that Amazon will not simply give me gift card credit and is making me wait a month for my refund.Beautiful looking tablet, great size, crisp colors and graphics. This Blackview version has some kinks.
