I like these. The % of vitamins and minerals are very high. One complaint is the size. Little on the big side. Horse pill size. Other than that minor issue, it's all good. Would buy again. A

I have tried using different "sports" multivitamins and have always gotten good results. The difference with this one is that I get more energy with this for the fraction of the cost of the other brands out there. I have been using this for about 4 months now but will probably keep using this indefinitely as it is the best value sports multivitamins out there. These come in the form of softgels which makes it a lot easier to swallow.
