I like this product as a workout enhancer. I take it pre workout. Product seems to work well I can feel an increase in the pump during workouts.

I am new to using this. I hope that it will do as it is intended. The order and shipment of the product was excellent and without damage.

The product is poorly made , the capsules come loose . I put mine in a pill box so that all of my supplements can be taken at once but when you open the box for that day white powder. This happened so much that I eventually took them out of the box and had to take them when ever I remember too
