But I will say I try to only add one or remove one product at a time so I have a good idea of what really works. I’ve been on this for about six months and quality of my skin is great for my age. I’m very happy. I seem to be holding off dry skin and wrinkles for the most part. I’ve been on this for about six months and I intend to stay on it and give it a year to really see what kind of condition my skin is in. I started to take this product last year and just ordered my second bottle. I can totally say that my hair, skin and nails have improved very much.
