I think it recommends 2 capsules per day but I do fine with one. It works great. Good absorption for me and I have used it for years. I was told I had osteoporosis and I solved it by taking Calcium and Magnesium. It is important to know that you should also take OMEGA 3 Fish Oil with it because it helps to make the cal/mag gel caps utilizable by the body. And when you take calcium magnesium you should also take Vitamin C as per my nutritional adviser so I take 1000 mg chewable vitamin C and it works well together and I don't have aches and pains from arthritis which I do have if I don't take this stuff. Drink a shot of tart cherry juice every day with it and you are good to go at conquering arthritis pain. It is my magic formula. Of course, I am just a person who takes it, I am not a doctor and don't diagnose or prescribe things for other people but this sure works for me.

I find these easy to take; no taste; my 12 year old daughter also takes them regularly. I changed to another brand and type but didn't find my body really affected. These gel-type tablets appear easier to assimilate and take affect. I take 1 with breakfast, 1 with lunch and 1 with dinner and feel it calms aches down during "that time of month". I recommend these.

I like it is a soft gel capsule it works faster than tablets that don’t dissolve.Soft gel is bigger than most out there.I can feel thedifference in this brand.My health hasimproved since taking and my doctorapproves.

These gel cap tablets are fabulous. My family has been taking them for years and they swallow very easily, even for the elderly in the clan. The same thing comes in a tablet that is also a horse pill size, though, and those are not as easy to swallow so be aware. The supplement works well and does not include boron that makes some of us sick. This is the favorite cal-mag for our ladies.

I'm the worst at taking calcium. I take these before bed, and it helps me sleep so much! I take with a full glass of water, which helps to make sure it's swallowed well. If you have a hard time with large pills, these may not be ideal for you.
