With the exception of multi-point, this one has all the features, the case is nice with the charge level indicators, but where it falls down is sound. Even acknowledging that these are budget headphones, the sounds is somewhat thin with little bass. While the app will allow you fiddle with a equalizer to boost sound, it can't fix that these problems.The worst feature of all is once you connect to a bluetooth source and you try to switch to another, it is a truly horrible set of instructions to do that. You end up having to reset the earbuds, and the "touch" them for a certain number of seconds, and hope you get the right lights, plus you first have to detach it from the first source.Bottom line is I gave it 3 stars because it's inexpensive, the battery life is claimed to be excellent and if you're using it to listen to your TV at night (the reason I'm keeping them) the sound is fine. But temper your expectations.

The quality of the earbuds was outstanding. They look feel and perform as well as much more expensive buds and these are very simple to operate. Tap controls give me the flexibility to use the buds mono (one ear only) or both. The buds pair easily with my iPhone 14 Pro Max and the app is very useful. The ENC works well enough for calls, but not as well as the ANC noise cancellation in my TOZO NC9’s. The case is sturdy and well laid out with overall case charging percentage and individual earbud charging indicators as well. Overall a huge bargain for great sounding buds. If you want to spend 6x-8x more on AirBuds, go ahead, but you can save a ton of $$$ and get great sounding buds with these. I got the red ones, harder to lose and they had a $12 coupon.

Very easy to pair to your phone or any blue tooth device.2. Sound quality is better than I expected at this price point.3. Case acts as a charger and can be charged wirelessly or with a type-c class cable.4. LED in case let's you know battery life of case and buds.5. TOZO has an app that you can install, free of charge, no advertisments so you can set EQ levels and change sound settings from their list of preset EQ settings, or you can manually adjust and save your own personal EQ settings. Very easy to use the app.6. Quality is better than I expected, they are a little big but nothing major.7 TOZO sends different size silicone ear buds pieces to fit your ear canals comfortably.8. They are comfortable to wear and not much back ground noise so when using them during a call they are very clear.9. Battery life is very good on the buds and ofcourse as long as you have the case with you, you can always recharge on the go.10. No buttons on the buds and simply tap to raise or lower volume, tap to mute, tap to answer and hang up calls, tap etc ... Which the quick set up guide covers and is easy to read and understand.Overall if you're looking for ear buds that are affordable, well made, good sound quality, you cannot got wrong.Note: was impressed with theses that I actually purchased a couple other TOZO ear buds, different models and equally as impressed as these!!For the price you can not go wrong!!!
